1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using CleanWeave Hub you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Purchases and access

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. We may retire courses; enrolled users retain access for at least 12 months after retirement.

4. Refunds

Self-paced courses are eligible for a 14-day refund if under 25% viewed. Mentor add-ons are non-refundable once feedback begins. Local laws may provide additional rights.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, or publicly distribute course content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access non-public areas.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.

6. Intellectual property

All course texts, arrangements, and trademarks are owned by CleanWeave Hub or its licensors. You may not remove notices or derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
